It's the classic tale of Beauty and the Beast. It wasn't too long ago that Belle lived in an enchanted castle with the beast. He was frightening and rough at first, but eventually Belle started to see that he had a kind spot in his heart. She'll tell about the talking candlesticks, clock and wardrobe as well as the wonderful show put on by the plates, silverware and cups as they served up a spectacular dinner just for her. Belle's story is one of bravery as she works to gain the courage to face the Beast even though she is scared of him. And who could forget the Beast's bravery when he saves Belle from a pack of hungry wolves after she had run deep into the forest. Then, as the two of them start to become friends, she'll tell about the time the Beast introduced Belle to his wonderful library of books. Belle's love for reading will spur party guests to explore books and learning in a stage where many of them are learning their letters and beginning to read.
