Kendalyn, Pirate and Princess Parties founder has two Bachelors Degrees from the University of Utah (Communications / Political Science) where she also studied business. Kendalyn also has a background in acting and has been in several musicals. The two musicals she enjoyed being in the most are “The King and I” and “West Side Story.” She studied vocal performance for many years and worked as a traffic reporter, voice-over talent and a DJ during and after college. Kendalyn is married to a handsome Engineer and has four children. She started Princess Parties (as it was called in the beginning) when she saw how enthralled her daughters were with princesses. It was a natural process for Kendalyn to develop princess party activities because she would play games with her children to see what they would enjoy. Kendalyn and her children love reading stories and playing “guess the animal” together. After hosting hundreds of parties impersonating Snow White and Cinderella in Utah along the Wasatch front, Kendalyn has hand-picked additional talented hosts for birthday parties in Utah. Pirate and Princess Parties has been visiting and hosting parties for children’s birthday parties since 2005.
